Cam and I assembled a good port alberni freight to test the helix. Successful!

    Is that the new and improved service to PA with car #8 or so ?

    (looks like a double stack).

    great to see photos & work progressing. I’ve done a bit with Railroad & Co here, but can’t do much being 6000 km away from the layout.

      You have good eyes James! I keep a domestic doublestack car and an autorack on the layout for clearance testing – the double stack is for height, the autorack for side to side through curves. Once the mainline is done, odds are very unlikely the well cars will ever turn a wheel on the layout for operating sessions…But never say never when it comes to “testing” purposes!
